1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CreatorOS app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CreatorOS is a productivity application designed for entrepreneurs and business owners. It provides task management, habit tracking, lead management, AI-powered planning, and performance analytics tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Apple In-App Purchases

• Creator OS offers a free tier and a single paid subscription: Creator OS Elite ($15/month) which includes full access to the entire app.
• All in-app purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions.
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law. Refund requests can be submitted to Apple directly.
• Unused portions of a free trial period are forfeited upon upgrading to a paid subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute any content from the Service
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, and code — are owned by CreatorOS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours.

7. AI Features

CreatorOS includes AI-generated suggestions and insights. These are provided for productivity guidance only and do not constitute professional business, financial, or legal advice. AI outputs may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before acting on them.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will be error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data or business outcomes resulting from use of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be removed per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
